Adult Flag Football Leagues at Stars Indoor Sports
Looking for a fun and competitive way to stay active during the colder months? Stars Indoor Sports offers exciting indoor flag football leagues for adults of all skill levels in Columbus, Ohio. Our adult flag football leagues are designed for players aged 18 and up and are offered in the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just looking to get back in the game, our leagues provide a fast-paced, organized, and welcoming environment to enjoy the sport you love.
Games are played on Sunday evenings inside our climate-controlled indoor facility, making weather delays and muddy fields a thing of the past. We offer both men’s and coed flag football leagues, giving teams the opportunity to choose the format that works best for their group. All leagues follow a 6v6 format, and rosters may include up to 15 players. For coed leagues, teams are required to have at least two female players on the field at all times, ensuring balanced play and inclusive competition.
Our indoor leagues are perfect for outdoor teams looking to stay sharp during the off-season, as well as new teams or free agents ready to hit the field. The competitive spirit is alive and well at Stars Indoor Sports, but so is the camaraderie and community. Each season brings together a wide range of teams, offering both returning matchups and new rivals to keep things exciting week after week.
Winter 2025 Adult Flag Football League Details
Our upcoming Winter indoor flag football league session runs from January 4th to March 1st, 2025. Get ready for 8 weeks of competitive and fast-paced flag football action at Stars Indoor Sports. Whether you’re returning with your full squad or joining solo, we’ve got a spot for you.
Session Dates: January 4th – March 1st, 2025
Registration Deadline: December 11th, 2025
League Format: 8 games
Team Fee: $1,095
Individual Fee: $110
Early Bird Discount: Register your team by November 11th and get $50 off the team fee!
To reserve your team’s place in one of our popular adult flag football leagues, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required at the time of registration. Full payment is due before your first game.
Games take place on Sunday evenings, with kickoffs scheduled between 4 PM and 11 PM. All games are held inside our climate-controlled indoor facility—perfect for indoor flag football, no matter the weather.
We offer both Men’s and Coed leagues, and Stars Indoor Sports reserves the right to combine divisions or reassign teams as needed to ensure competitive balance. We strive to create an exciting, fair, and enjoyable environment for every player and team.

Don’t have a team? No worries, individual players are welcome! Sign up for a Stars house team and we’ll place you with other free agents. It’s a great way to get involved, stay active, and meet new people through the game of flag football. Every house team player receives a FREE T-shirt with registration.
