Adult Soccer Leagues
Adult soccer is our most popular program — and it runs all four seasons. Teams and free agents can choose from multiple skill divisions, from A (most competitive) to D (recreational), so you're always playing at the right level. Sessions are 8 weeks with eight 44-minute games per team.

Adult Flag Football Leagues
Fast-paced, physical, and a blast to play — our indoor flag football leagues run in Fall, Winter, and Spring on Sunday afternoons and evenings. Each game features two 24-minute halves with a 1-minute halftime. Team and individual registration available.

Adult Dodgeball Leagues
Dodgeball is back — and yes, it's exactly as fun as you remember. Our adult dodgeball leagues run in Fall, Winter, and Spring on Tuesday evenings. Each team plays 16 games over 8 weeks, with each game running 20 minutes. Team registration only.

How Do I Register a Team for Adult Sports?
Registering a team is simple. Choose your sport, pick your session, and sign up through the registration page for that league. Here's how it works:
Team Registration
Bring your whole group and compete together throughout the session. Team registration includes organized scheduling, live standings, and guaranteed games in your chosen division — recreational or competitive.
Individual / Free Agent Registration
Don't have a full team? No problem. Stars Indoor Sports offers individual registration for select leagues. Depending on availability, free agents may be placed on a house team or added to an existing roster. It's one of the best ways to meet new people and get into adult rec sports in Columbus without needing to organize a whole squad.
