True Lacrosse is an independent program that leases field time at Stars Indoor Sports — it isn't run by Stars staff. What the Winter Skills & Scrimmage Series is all about.
Through consistent skills and drills along with small-sided games, players stay on top of their fundamentals while building their lacrosse IQ in fast-paced games that demand quick decisions and sharp skills.
It's a fun, fast-paced way to play, compete, train, and grow all winter — and show up ready for game day come spring.

Facility rules
- No jewelry. This includes earrings — no exceptions, for any player.
- No cleats. The turf requires flat-bottom, tennis, or sneaker-style shoes only. This is a facility rule and applies to every player.
