What Are the Rules for Indoor Turf Rentals?
Field rentals at Stars Indoor Sports follow a few straightforward policies:
- Payment & cancellations: All one-time field rentals must be paid in advance and are non-refundable once booked.
- Card fees: A 3.5% service fee applies to credit card transactions over $1,100.
- Footwear: Turf shoes or tennis shoes only — no outdoor cleats are allowed on the turf.
- Food & drinks: Outside food and drinks aren't permitted inside the facility, though the on-site Starlight Café has options for players and spectators.
- Waivers: Everyone participating in a rental must have a signed Stars Indoor Sports waiver on file. Adults sign for themselves; a parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18.
- Scheduling: Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10am–5pm. Rentals outside those hours are available by reservation.
- Contracted rentals: October–December and January–March each require a minimum 12-week commitment; April–May, June–July, and August–September each require a minimum 8-week commitment.
