At Stars Indoor Sports, the safety of our customers, athletes, families, and staff is our top priority. We understand that weather conditions, especially during Ohio winters, can sometimes make travel to and from our facility more difficult. That’s why we have a clear and proactive weather policy and closure policy in place to help everyone stay safe and informed during inclement weather.
Monitoring Weather Conditions Year-Round
As part of the Stars Indoor Sports weather policy, our team monitors local forecasts and weather alerts throughout the year. While most of our programs and leagues are held indoors, we recognize that driving conditions can still be hazardous, particularly during heavy snowfall, ice storms, or other severe weather events. Our goal is to provide a consistent schedule of activities while also making safe, informed decisions about any potential changes or cancellations.
Winter Weather Protocols
During the winter months, we strongly encourage all guests to use their best judgment when traveling to our facility. We remain open and continue with regularly scheduled activities unless a Level 3 Snow Emergency is declared for Franklin County. In this case, our closure policy requires that all activities at Stars Indoor Sports be canceled for the duration of the emergency.
We understand that some families or participants may choose not to travel even if the facility remains open. While we do our best to proceed with events as scheduled, we respect your decision to prioritize safety.
