Every session runs eight guaranteed games, with divisions designed to match your squad's skill level and experience. All adult soccer leagues at Stars are 7v7, played on our indoor turf fields, and open to players 18 and older. Games on weeknights start as early as 6 PM, with Sunday games from 4 PM to midnight.

Each session is eight games long. Registration closes at midnight on the posted deadline, or sooner if a league fills up. Teams are encouraged to register early, especially in popular divisions.

Teams should self‑select a division based on the honest assessment of their roster's skill level and experience. Stars Indoor Sports reserves the right to combine divisions when necessary based on the number of teams registered per division and reserves the right to move teams to another division for sporting purposes.

Team rosters must be submitted before the first game of each session.
